Animals, music, poetry, films (writing, watching, critiquing/bitching), computers, video games, vehicles (particularly motorcycles), weight lifting, sky-diving, religion, philosphy, and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping. And massage, I'm considering getting licensed as I absolutely ROCK at massages. And marriage. No, honey, that's not a hint; not at all. *coughRingSize8coughNotTooTackyMoreOfASimpleDesigncoughcough*
Music
Yes, please.
Music is my lifeblood.
Anything but jazz....
In all honesty I like everything (though only occassionaly jazz) from Sevendust, and Type O Negative, to Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Trisha Yearwood, Rascal Flats, Dixie Chicks, Lucy Kaplansky, Christine Kane, Evenesence, Jimmy Eat World, traditional Irish music, traditional Jewish music, Elsinore, etc. etc. etc.
Though my all time favorites are John Denver, Don McLean, and Billy Joel.
Movies
I'm partial to Divine Misconceptions - even though it needs to be reworked and refilmed, and Famous Last Words. Of course, none of you (besides Bill) know those YET. One day... one day.
Television
I am addicted to Fox, I know it's all crap - but it's such wonderful crap. Animantion Domination owns me. And then at 10 p.m. every night Cartoon Network/Adult Swim owns my soul. If I'm not watching one of those channels, chances my television is tuned to Animal Planet, Discovery, History Channel, or (quite often) Disney. I'm a kid, I LOVE cartoons.
Books
I ADORE books. Everything from Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, and Kurt Vonngeut, Jr. to Arthur C. Clarke, Ray Bradbury, and textbooks on things such as physics (which I'm not as good with as I'd like). And the list goes on and on. Also, Intercourses (yes, you read that right), and 101 Sexual Positions, heh - I kid, I kid.
Heroes
Oh! Those are tasty.
And Tom, thanks for the following:
..
Then there's my friend, who likes to call herself "The Mother Theresa of Sex Toys," spreading good will and lubricant at the same time. { www.romanceandpassion.net }
Those who know me know I'm a bit of a geek. A very cynical geek with a morbid and sarcastic sense of humor.
I love books - literature, poetry (not necessarily modern poetry, things like Bretton Lais, and sonnetts, and epic poems). I go crazy for books on physics and biology, in fact every time I end up at a book store I search for the physics section first, and then on over to science-fiction/fantasy. Every now and again I get lost in comics and or role-playing books.
I'm also a huge animal lover. If it's fluffy and has a tail, chances are I can't resist it. Don't get me started on anything furry, I'll talk all day.
And I like to write. I am currently writing a movie script with my partner in crime, Bill - among several other personal projects, none of which I will divulge. ( You can ask for details, but there's no garuntee I will share them. ;) )
Oh, and sorry guys, I am a taken lady. In fact, not only have I been snatched up, but the guy that grabbed me is the sweetest, bestest, most wonderfulest, sexiest (and probably best hung) man in existance. It's ok, you can go ahead and cry; I understand. :)
And NOW the survey that Everyone has done:
Who I'd like to meet:
1) People. People I can talk with. Intelligent people, those that like motorcycles, anyone who knows anything about working on automobiles (I'm trying to learn how to fix my own sh*t), those who read books - you know for the pleasure of it (No, not THOSE kinds of novels ... well .... maybe, so long as it's good smut). Someone nearby who has either a PS2 and or XBOX, because mine are lost to eternity in some jackasses storage unit (don't ask).
2) My boyfriend. Tonight. For movie, or dinner, or a glass (several?) of wine, or a motorcycle ride... anything really, so long as my amazing Keith is there.
3) Anyone who isn't sickened by that previous display of mushiness - so that they can explain to me why, because I hit other people for being so lovey-dovey in public. Doors, and locks, exist for a reason; no one else wants to see or hear that. (I know I'm a hypocrite. :) At least I can admit it.)
Or anyone on the map:
Getting excited about seeing you! I have absolutely no idea what to wear! Xavier will not be with us either. I love him but am welcoming an evening without him. Lol.
wow! that really stinks! :( how did they get your account and stuff? I hate when companies seem to screw you over and don't listen to a logical explanation... bummer... but that's cool about your new job and stuff! what do you do there? so what are you guys doing for the holidays? we're all good here. Aria's been sick since friday so ... no fun there. oh well! hopefully we're getting a tree tomorrow :) take care! ttyl!
