MILITARES Y CIVILES se forma a comienzos de la decada del 90' en la comuna de Puente Alto, por el vocalista Jhonny Cornejo, su hermano Rodrigo en guitarra y el baterista Alfredo Berríos, quienes comienzan a crear sus primeros temas bajo la influencia del punk rock y el metal, empezando así a figurar en el circuito puentealtino, llegando incluso a tocar en la estación Mapocho para los 150 años de la Universidad de Chile.Durante los siguientes años la banda se presenta en muchos lugares de Santiago y provincias, y se graba el primer disco de la banda totalmente autoproducido llamado igual que el grupo.Luego de varios altibajos la banda vuelve el año 2005 con un ep llamado "Ministros", mostrando todo su poder con un sonido más pesado y variado, llevando a los escenarios un mensaje de mucha demanda social y realidad humana.

Buenas!....ke gran banda, me acuerdo haberlos visto en puente alto, como dos veces!...me impresiono mucho, sobre todo la puesta de escena del vocalista...iva aun en el colegio y eramos un lote de chascones y punks callejas...jajaja
