About me:
Engage.
At Methodist University you will take advantage of small classes averaging 22 students which encourage classroom participation. Professors teach and allow you to learn in an active setting. Outside of the classroom you will get involved in one or more of our 70+ clubs and student organizations, cheer on the MU Monarch athletic teams and have fun! If you’re an athlete you can compete as a member of one of our 19 NCAA Division III athletic programs, get involved in our intramural program and work-out in our brand new, state-of-the-art fitness center which opened in the spring of 2007.

Few other small, private universities will give you the enrichment opportunities that you will find at Methodist University. There are over 70 majors and concentrations, a number that is comparable to much larger institutions. These programs are supplemented with over 30 minors that allow you to diversify academically and further prepare you for life in the “real world”.
