As you know, we only use the freshest and seasonal ingredients we can find. At our restaurant, we keep the things that need to stay traditionally Japanese, Japanese.
We love to tweak our American style rolls anyway we can. We are very creative and like to serve original makis you won't find anywhere else. If you find it somewhere else. You all know where they got it from. Well a bit about myself. I'm just your average chef. I attended the california culinary academy. My style of cooking includes French, Italian, Japanese, Mexican and Americana. I've worked with some talented chefs who have taught me there is more than one way or style of cooking. Cooking is about having passion for it. taking an raw item and examing it. to make it blossom and bring out its full flavor and potential.

We are here serving up the freshest nigiri, sashimi, and rolls. We like to keep the things that need to be kept traditional, tradional. but as rolls go, the sky is the limit.
Our lunch buffet is very popular! for 9.95, we don't fool around. If you have been to other sushi buffets and see what they call "nigiri", with slivers of paper thin fish on fist full size rice balls, we're not that. Our philosophy behind our food is. "Feed them well, and they'll come back with friends ".
For our dinner, we dim the lights down, put down the linen and candle light. For our menu ( ala carte), we have a big selection of japanese and domestic beers, warm and chilled sakes, and wines. A gigantic list of classic and one of a kind maki rolls.
Our chefs and I are here to serve you. If you don't see it on the menu, we will do our best to accomodate you.
