My art name is Yumemiru Hito (shortened in Hito)
I am a western visual artist creating cute and kawaii characters with a unique, original and colored style.
Each character expresses a message of serenity, positiveness and optimism, a wish for happiness and beautiful things, a special moment cut out in the grey daily life.
A selection of images have been drawn for greeting cards and gift papers. Since the end of 2008 they will be available in the European stationary shops.Some images have been also created for forthcoming personal expositions.

Who I would like to meet?
Someone with a deep interiority, brilliant and intellectually stimulating, an artist with whom to share ideas and thoughts, a polite person with a childish soul, believing in the power of imagination and fantasy, someone who is also able to hear the silence, someone who knows what suffering is because quite only suffering can bring us to a newer level, someone who do not deny support to those in need, someone that knows the meaning of emotions, someone that still believes that dreams can come true..
I wish for a world of harmony, in which all could be free to be and find their own special place, a world in which the smile of a child, the experience of aged people, a brotherly embrace, the supporting tense hand still have a worth. A world in which the most important things are not the power, the money, the enrichment, the job as the only dimension of the life but there is space for everything in which we believed when we were young and innocent.
I hope that one day we won't be separate monads anymore but we will harmonically interact discovering ourselves and who is nearby, loving and respecting ourselves and who is nearby.....
