AQUARIA – SHAMBALA – SECOND CHAPTER
It is possible an inter-material romance? A spiritual meeting? This is a delirium or reality? Both of them? You will see…
The second Aquaria’s album is down to earth. Specifically, South America. A new land arises, and with it, HOPE. Hope for renegade people, who want to be reborn, a new life in a new land.
A man called John, escaping from death, come to a new land. A new life. But an unexpected fact occurred: A man , corrupted by life, without any human feelings, falls in love with a woman. A woman or a fantastic being from other dimension? We will see in SHAMBALA, the second album of most promising melodic band AQUARIA.
AQUARIA is a gathering of people that perceive the same purpose: to set everyone in a journey of renewal and hope, with the strength and beauty of its songs.
AQUARIA starts with members that came from a band called UIRAPURU, considered by the specialized media of Brazil and abroad as the “rising stars” of Brazilian power metal. In Japan, the band, with a simple demo, gains a cult status, with spontaneous reviews and requests for the recording of the first album, also with proposals from Japanese record labels.
They released their first album “LUXAETERNA” in 2005. Mixed by SACHA PAETH, It sounds very bombastic in an orchestration mood, and tells a history about world’s genesis.
After all good repercussion around the world, they started to write the songs. The second album is done.
The new work was mixed by the legendary producer TOMMY HANSEN (Helloween, Pretty Maids, Jorn Lande, TNT), in Jailhouse Studios, Denmark. Bruno Agra, Aquaria's drummer, is responsible for the overall production.
Let it flow, the river follows its way, forging eras and cycles of life, creation and renewal. This is AQUARIA.
Wow Aquaria, way to stand out in a sea of similar-sounding, power metal bands...
"And Let the Show Begin..." is one of my top 5 favorite songs ever, what a great motivational song
I know that the members have very little to do with booking shows, but if you come to Tremont Music Hall in Charlotte, North Carolina, I promise that I will bring fans by the dozens.
