Poland's Cemetery of Scream formed in the early '90s and featured singer Marcin Kotas, guitarists Marcin Piwowarczyk and Artur Oleszkiewicz, bassist Jacek Krolik, and drummer Grzegorz Ksiazek.
Not content with performing conventional doom/death metal, the quintet added gothic nuances, keyboard atmospherics, and even the occasional female voice to their sole recording, 1995's ambitiously minded but mundanely titled Melancholy album, before vanishing from sight. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
