DANCING has impacted every area of my life. Since I was 13, I've learned many forms of dance with some fantastic instructors. Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Hula, Belly, Macarena (just checking;), Ballroom, Latin, Tango, Salsa, Mambo, Samba and of course... the POLKA! I have used dance as a workout, social outlet, meditation, timing training, musical training, isometric muscle training, practicing patience & persistence... to name a few. Thank you to all that have helped me be a better dancer & teacher... you know who you are! An extra huge THANK YOU to all you amazing musicians that make my dancing worth it!!! It's not the same without you.
