I've also been on a few game shows including the Gong Show (twice), Scrabble, Dream House and Sweethearts (with my wife). | General | movies, music, mayhem! | | Music | i have quite an eclectic taste in music - love just about every style... but my favorites are jazz from the 20's, rock from the 60's and the early Christian music that came out of the Jesus Movement of the late 60's and early 70's... I also like most of the music I have composed or songs I have written, but since you can't get them on i-tunes, why mention them... | | Movies | Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid used to be my all-time favorite film and it still ranks up there pretty high... however, Shawshank Redemption has taken the coveted first slot in recent years. I also really enjoy many classic comedies such as Odd Couple, MASH (the movie), just about everything Christopher Guest does and some of the early Woody Allen stuff. I'm also a sucker for some of those heart-wrenching teen movies like Breakfast Club and 16 Candles... | | Television | In no particular order, just how they fly into my head - - Seinfeld, Dick Van Dyke, I Love Lucy, Cheers, Frasier, Early Martin and Lewis Comedy House stuff, Carson, Letterman, Leno, Studio 60, ER, St. Elsewhere, Gidget, Gilligan's Island, My Favorite Martian, Star Trek... and all those cool commercials! | | Books | I think The Bible has everything we need for living - but there are other fine books too... though I'm not a big reader... I've enjoyed SciFi books - such as Martian Chronicles, Stranger in a Strange Land - and also I really enjoyed To Kill A Mockinbird and Johnny Tremaine... hate just about all things Shakespeare... | | Heroes | Just about anyone who stands up to the pressures of those around them trying to make them veer from their course...
