If you are interested in the Diesels, you need to be at this meeting. For the time and location, we can be reached at www.detroitdownriverdiesels.com If you leave me a message in the player profile section, I will get back to you shortly. I can also be reached at my office number at 313-294-0890. If you are a new player, I would like to speak to you personally, if you wish to attend. Communication is important to us. We have some internal changes in the organization occuring, staff changes, personnel and various schedule information to be discussed by both coaching staff and ownership. This is an important meeting for all who wish to suit up for us in 07. The meeting will last for an hour and a half or so, and players will be asked to fill out some short paperwork. We are not signing "contracts" as I think that whole subject is ridiculous. No one on our team gets paid from the players to the staff. We have worked hard over a 6 year period to stay competitive and offer our players a quality football playing experience. We only want guys who WANT to be here. We will work with all players, regardless of age or playing background. You must be at leat 18 years of age to play for our team.
