SHIMURA RUNNER "SHIMURA" means dangerous moves/tricks that attempt by Japan's ninja and martial artist... Shimura Runner is a group of traceurs/free runners that always find something to use it wisely...There's nothing will stop us to moves freely... We are individuals who seek new boundaries and challenges with the intention of overcoming them... Together we push each other in a positive, forward direction towards new obstacles, and we do it because we hope to grow, physically as well as mentally... We see physical obstacles in the city as alternative ways of moving forward and not as limitations... Our philosophy is based on the idea of striving after a total freedom of movement...

Who I'd like to meet:

Parkour is an art of displacement where the practitioners (called traceurs) must overcome the obstacles they face in the city with the best possible flow. The original philosophy behind Parkour is based on speed and continuity when moving from one point to another. While some traceurs only do Parkour, others combine Parkour with elements from gymnastics and acrobacy. This is called Urban Tricking/Free Run, which is a discipline closely related to Parkour. The crewmembers of Shimura Runner perform both Parkour and Urban Tricking because they find it very challenging and expressive.Tricking is also a young discipline where you mix different martial arts with elements from gymnastics and acrobacy. This new style has spread worlwide over the internet and has formed an entirely new Freestyle culture where young people share their passion for the sport, put out videos with their activities, and meet on virtual fora. ......
