This past year has been an interesting one to say the very least. So many things have changed in just the past couple months and it makes me realize everday how unpredictable life can be. It is scary to think about what could possibly be around the next corner, but it is always darkest before the dawn so I have a pretty good feeling about this next chapter. I am getting ready to release my very first acoustic EP entitled "be calm and carry on"; it is a collection of very meaningful, heart felt songs that have been written over the course of exactly a year's span of time, and is a true reflection of the change that is happening here and now. Love creates in me this incredible inspiration to write...to reflect that which is most important in the world. Music has always been such a consistent friend, an outlet that never fails me, something that reveals to me how good and gracious our God is. When looking forward we cannot cling to our past, we have to be those people who with great hope take small steps into the unknown. Fear can paralyze, but we are not meant to live in the spirit of fear....press on in this great hope.
With all my heart,
Elle
