About me:
comment.

I like pictures as much as I like words. I like watching hockey games and yelling at the players on my television. I like sitting around my house in leggings and a hoodie while reading a book I've read a few times before. I like sarcastic humor and stupid puns. I like political commentary and knowledgeable people. I like older men and older people in general. I like Disney movies and Quentin Tarantino movies. I like the smell after it rains and nighttime. I like cold weather, snow and fogged up windows. I like to be blunt and honest, and I like to be myself. I like having no secrets. I like every kind of music there is, but not every artist in every genre. I like having a girl-crush on Taylor Swift. I like sexuality. I like people who are polite but bold at the same time. I like editorial fashion shoots. I like funny people. I like animals. I like Russia, Japan, Sweden, Canada, Austria, Britian and France. I like names that are hard to pronounce. I like clothes that are too big on me. I like South Park and Kyle Broflovski. I like make-up and fashion that I could never pull off. I like tattoos and body art. I like serial killers because they interest me. I like laughing so hard that it's not even laughing any more and it's just trying to breathe. I like looking at the sky at night. I like wondering what other people are doing. I like being terrible at video games, but trying valiantly at them anyway. I like boys and girls, men and women, and that's just that. I like holding hands while wearing gloves. I like to make jokes that no one ever gets. I like to name my Pokemon team after whatever I'm obsessed with. I like to hang out with my dogs because they're better than people. I like to go to the movie theaters and put my feet up on the seat in front of me. I like eating bread and Wheat Thins. I like to smile. I like the things I like, and the things I don't like don't matter here.

Haha. Ah, the curse of the slash shipper. Everything must be gay. I know! I freakin love Harley. She was one of the many amazing things to come out of the animated series, but she is just so cool. I love a sort of love triangle between her, the Joker, and Ivy. Ivy's mad love for Harley is just too obvious and both are smokin'. I love this one anthology comic featuring stories from different artists about those two. Do you remember that horrible TV adaptation of Birds of Prey? Harley Quinn was in it and I nearly cried at how bad she was. That was the only live action portrayal of her so far and it was lame. : (

Yeah Cillian does have a lovely speaking voice. I love various UK and Australian accents. They're just so beautiful. I think Scottish might be my favorite. Haha. I can see how his unique look could grow on people. Haha. I feel like I SHOULD find him beautiful. He seems like the type I tend to lean toward, but something just didn't click in my brain and I remain forever slightly bewildered when looking at him.

Ah! Post it. Even if it's completely lame the DN fans will still like it. They love yaoi!

Lol. I think Myspace has a comment limit they don't tell you about. My
friend got into Scarecrow because of Cillian. She fell in love with
Cillian after that movie and Scarecrow at the same time. She also fell
in love with The Joker after TDK. She actually shipped them together.
Haha. She also wrote this amusing Joker, Crane, and Harvey crack!fic
about the 3 of them going on vacation and of course much lulz ensued.

I have Google imaged that dude. My friend makes me stare at him a lot!
Haha. She has an extensive collection of his pics.  I do love his
acting and his body's beautiful, but it's that face. I dunno it's like
I should like it, but it just ends up creeping me out. On the Cillian
boards on IMDB I remember half the post were saying how creepy looking
he is and half were people saying how beautiful he is. Lol. Looks wise
it's kind of split with that guy. He's not everyone's flavor. At
certain angles he's okay to me. Haha.

Yeah unfortunately not much Wammy in L: Change the World. Near is in it, but a way different version of him. : /
I hear you on your love for Wammy boys though. I <3 Mello.

Ah! My comment got cut off? Wth? Lol. I was just saying it's a lot better than the first movie. It's more interesting and wraps everything up. The first leaves off in an awkward place. I dunno. I'd recommend watching it just to finish off the story in that form. L: Change the World....Somehow I don't think you'd be as keen on that one. Hehe.

I love your analysis of Light. To be honest I never really gave him that much extra thought, but I can really see why you like him so much.

Aw, I love the Joker. Lol. My first experience with Batman was the 90's animated series and I'd say that was an awesome experience to have. It was there that I fell in love with the Joker. He's just too cool. That's why I wanted Mark Hamill to play him. I was a prior Heath Ledger fan before the Dark Knight and being a fan and not expecting him to be able to pull it off so uniquely and intensely. I really was convinced of his insanity in the movie. I just wished there was more of him in it. Luckily for me, I didn't pay much attention to the hype. I hate hype. I just brushed it off and went into the movie and saw it for what it was. The movie itself kind of sucked to me, but Heath was a highlight. I didn't worship his performance like so many did though. I just enjoyed it and respected it. People were making ridiculous statements like, "the Joker character can never be touched again by another actor". It was insanity.

I do like Scarecrow though. He's really quite a cool villain. I find Cillian creepy so he worked for me as Scarecrow. Lol. Geez, my brother's gf and my good friend are both obsessed with that man. They find him so beautiful. I love how talented he is, but his face creeps me out. He reminds me of a corpse. Sort of starving looking and sunken. And those icy blue eyes just add to creepiness. XD Haha, I think my friend likes that dead creepy look he has going on though. She doesn't deny it. Lol. She actually got into Scarecrow because of him. She also re

Yeah, most consider Brett their Holmes. I'm still waiting for the next best Holmes. I think the BBC should start a whole new original Holmes series. Perhaps make it all steampunk-y like Sherlock Hound. I dig the BBC so much. Haha. Actually I dig most British television. But yay, that's what I'm hoping this movie will do. Spark up a new interest in Holmes, though the downside to that possibly happening is me losing some cool points for being so obsessed with something so different. People who never knew me before may assume I gained interest after this flashy movie. XD
It's okay to gain interest afterward, but I've been into Holmes for years. Lol.

Christopher Nolan will have to do a bit more for me to consider him among my tops, but I'm sure he can get there because I really dig him. Yeah the Dark Knight was just whatever for me, I really did dig Heath though. He did such an amazing job and proved my doubts about his casting wrong. I was all gunning for Mark Hamill. Hehe. Dude, Tarantino is so cool. He's insane, but cool. Did you see Inglourious Basterds?? That actually became my new favorite Tarantino movie. I LOVED it. I was so happy coming out of the theater. Hehe.

You know, I've always meant to be never actually watched Six Feet Under. I always meant to, but I never did. I really have to get around to seeing that series.

I think people liked L for his weirdness. That's definitely why I liked him. Light was just too much of a sick bastard for me to love him. I always tend to like villains, but that's because they're human and tragically flawed, but Light was just so...Inhuman... It was kind of scary. It was like I couldn't find anything to love about him. I just wanted to squish him like an arrogant little bug. Haha. Don't worry, I'm not an L freak. I just thought he was cool. I really liked the dude who played him in the movie. He made me happy. I thought everyone did a decent job. The second movie is so much better because everyt

I've totally heard of Cedar Point. I really want to go one day. I love roller coasters, but it's sad because so few of my current close friends like them. They're all wimps! The girl I was with that one time loves coasters too, she was just sick before she got there and blacked out on Goliath and then Batman. Once she threw up she was fine for the rest of the day. Lol.

Yeah it will not be accurate. Most Holmes adaptations aren't. I'm used to it. There was an 80's/90's show that was really accurate though and fans still worship it. This guy, Jeremy Brett played Holmes awesomely and even looked a lot like him, but sometime into the series he got really sick and it was sad because you could see so onscreen. He died before they got a chance to finish filming the canon stories. : (

But yeah I totally wanted this awesome (and hot) guy Richard Armitage to play Holmes. He looked just like him in this mini-series North and South. He plays Guy of Gisborne in the BBC Robin Hood. I also wanted Christopher Nolan to direct after seeing what he did with The Prestige. He captured that era so well and could have been able to add a splash of the fantastic like I know they're doing with this Guy Ritchie one. I don't mind Holmes mixing with the supernatural or odd. I think it's cool to defy the logic that Holmes stories are so famous for.

Haha. Yeah asexual characters are cool. That's why I loved Dexter at first, but he started enjoying sex and I got annoyed. I liked the fact that he didn't want it and that's why Rita was perfect for him. Lol.

Haha, you don't like L? Wow, first person I've met who doesn't. Light is interesting, but he's a crazy bastard who needed to die, pronto. He pissed me off so much. Haha. Did you watch the live action Death Note movies?

Disneyland really is very nice. Expensive, but nice. It's not too big so you can see it in a day, but the effort they put into it is incredible. I've never found a theme park that was that dedicated to making everything so other-worldly. Most theme parks just don't care. Lol. My poor friend threw up in a restaurant at Six Flags Magic Mountain and I was asking all the staff for a bag of some kind before it happened, but they wouldn't give me one. Then once she did puke all over the floor I told them and they just threw me a thing of paper towels. Lol. I was like, "where's the janitor?". Ah, well. A sweet motherly lady came and helped me clean up my friend's puke. Now THAT'S nice.

Haha. Lol, poor Ducks. Do they really suck that much?

The Dark Tower series is a series written by Stephen King, the first one was called The Gunslinger. Is that anymore familiar sounding? It's a weird 7 book fantasy series that he wrote from like 1980 to 2004. It's good stuff though. It definitely wins in the unique department. Haha.

Jude Law is completely beautiful and I'm totally looking forward to him as Watson. Robert Downey Jr. I'm a little more eh on. Lol. He's whatever. As Holmes physically it's a fail. He looks nothing like him and Holmes is not drunk and dirty. RDJ's Holmes seems more akin to House to me. Which I guess is okay because House was based on Sherlock Holmes and Wilson on Watson. Hehe.

Funny you should mention the gayness factor, so many hardcore Holmesians so fiercely insist that Holmes and Watson were doing each other. It's hilarious. I'm like the only female Holmesian who doesn't support Holmes/Watson. I just don't see it. Lol. Plus I still like the canon idea of Holmes being asexual.

Holmes is my guru. If someone wants a weird character with quirks, that's him alright. I hate it when random pastiches make him fall in love. It's sooo wrong. Like the new movie coming out looks terrible, but I expected nothing better so I'll go see it and probably grudgingly enjoy it. Heh.

80s books? Lol. The first two books in the Dark Tower series were written in the 80s and I love those, but I don't have any specific leaning towards 80s books. XD

Yeah, that book is so out of place on my list of favorite books because it's so damn...Normal? She just has this awesome way of capturing the passing of time.

No, I love hearing people talk about why something is amazing. I'd totally watch more hockey I actually ever watched TV.

You know, funny thing about the Disney ownership. I used to practically live at Disneyland for years and I remember them announcing one time that the Ducks won a match over the loudspeaker. I really don't know how often they did that. Probably not too often, but it was still weird. They did that when the Angels won the World Series, but that's understandable. Haha.

I do need to go see a game. I have a guy friend who really likes Hockey and he actually mentioned going a while back. I wanted to go then, but nothing ever came of it because we're both lazy. Lol. I'll totally bring it up again.

Ah! How could your library be so horrible. Mine has like 4 copies of it. Lol.
I'd definitely recommend it. It's not as profound or epic as American Gods, but it's just a lot of weird fun, and sometimes that's the best.

I'm sort of whatever about old literature. Some of it I LOVE, some of it I hate, just like modern lit. I'm a huge Steinbeck freak, but he's not all that old. Jules Verne is so much fun, and I'm a huge Sherlock Holmes freak. Lol. The Victorian era is one of my favorites so I do enjoy reading a lot of random novels that were written or take place then. Yeah a god plot with flat characters really does make something suck, you're right. I'm so uptight about characterization.

That's so awesome that you experiment with that. I'm pretty sure I only alternate between third and first, haha. I find first so much easier to write in, but limiting. I dunno if you ever read Summer Sisters, but the way Judy Blume wrote in third person for most of the time, but then would have the non-main characters have first person interjections and write their thoughts about what was going on. I always loved that.

I'm not much of a sports person. Whenever hockey's on I do tend to watch though at least for a bit. I like it because it's fast paced and intense, unlike something like football which is just setting up plays for 3 hours and having a 30 second execution. It's just so boring. I dunno how people can get into that or baseball. >_>

I've never actually followed a sport though. I would LOVE to go to a hockey game one of these days.

Yeah I know what you mean. As long as I don't have to work too enjoy the story I'm okay to be honest, because of course the story and characters are what's most important. Like for me, Dickens' stories were pretty good, but his shittastic writing always killed them for me. I've gotten yelled at so much for not digging him like I'm supposed to.  I haven't read your fanfics for a while... You write in present tense, yes? Is that you I'm thinking of? Lol.

My favorite Gaiman book is probably a toss up between Neverwhere and American Gods. Both just rock my world. <3

Yep. I read all four Twilight books and oh man did I get a lot of lulz out of them. The movie was even funnier thanks to Rob's Edward. He was hilarious. That entire movie was unintentionally hilarious. hehe. I'm fine with JK Rowling's writing style. I think one of the things that made her books so widely read by people of all ages and creeds was the simplicity of it. It's very readable so young kids can indulge, but it doesn't really seem all that childish so adults don't feel stupid reading it. I dunno. I've always valued readability over complexity when it comes to writing. Haha.

Twenty-something angst? Haha. Awesome. Neil Gaiman is indeed awesome. I love his works. I'm nowhere near as cool as him and I probably never will be, but he's a huge inspiration for sure.

Oh yeah, you mentioned a story about an injured hockey player. That sounds pretty interesting. I wouldn't know, is there much fiction that revolves around hockey? I know you love the sport, but I've never seen a book about it. The only movie I saw was those Ducks movies. Hehe.

I go for a little of everything in original fiction, but yes I will admit fantasy has a deep place in my heart. Not crappy cliche LotR style high fantasy, but more of ordinary meets extraordinary like Neil Gaiman. I really like my fantasy to take place on earth. It's more fun explaining how the earth ended up in such a state. But I've written, or at least plotted a lot of normal teen angst stories and historical fiction (about a real person who has very little written on him.... I dunno. I have to work sometimes to not make my normal realistic stories go all crazy with supernatural or something. It's soo tempting. Hehe.

I like psychology too. Those boys really CAN be psychoanalyzed well can't they? A casual watcher would not think that could be all that possible. Jesus, Rowling was full of win with that billion dollar idea. Hehe. Oh if only those came around more often. I'll still never understand how Twilight became such an "amazing" thing.

Awesome! I know what you mean about writer's block, but I'm so glad to know your still working on it. It's too awesome to leave hanging. I'll probably read it all over again from the beginning when your done. It's such a clever AU. I have a soft spot for adolescent mental hospitals. They're always so interesting. I think I mentioned it a long time ago, but I still do plan to write a book that takes place inside one. Half based on real experience and half-fictional. But they always say to "write what you know" so I figured not writing about something unique like that even though I had such extensive knowledge about it would be dumb to pass up.

Ha, I'm probably a wuss for writing so much fantasy because of how easy that genre is. You don't have to know anything, you can just make shit up. XD

Genre wise with your original fiction where do you tend to go?

Ah! Yes. Very depressing. Hell is actually painful in my story and the way Stan is killed is pretty upsetting and totally Kenny's fault, though you know I could always write two versions. A hilarious one and a tragic one. It could be interesting. But I should probably finish the tragic before I move onto the comedic. : )

I totally want more of your mental hospital AU fic. I decided to just wait til you finish and then read it straight through so I don't forget anything between updates. Do you think you're going to finish up that one?

Sweet. Haha. I hated Cameron too... But then 13 came along and I realized how much I missed Cameron because Thirteen is a terrible terrible character. Very few House fans like her. The chick who plays Cameron is leaving the show in November I think. They're writing her off. As long as it's not Jesse Spencer I'm good.

The thing is, it started out as a comedy in my head, but then I dove head first into a pool of emo angst and now what I have is completely depressing. Haha. An office building?? Haha! That has potential lulz for sure.  Haha. Emo stan is great though. I'm looking at my little Goth Stan toy right now. He has a little cane! : D

Lucky. I've only been in snow up at Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear mountain. I nearly died of cold happiness last time I was there. I so prefer being cold over being hot. Sunny weather really does suck ass.

One shots are fun! I wrote like 1/4 of one called "Welcome to Hell, Stanley Marsh". Just a cheap little piece about Stan dying and ending up in hell and the ever immortal Kenny coming chasing after him to convince Satan and Death to give Stan another shot at life. I should finish that one up. Haha.

Haha, yeah. Your not alone in your love of a good rape fic. : X
Actually this one I read is an oldie, but really good... Up until the last few chapters anyway. At that point the author kept going after it was clearly over and turned it into a Chase/Cameron (girl you don't care about) fic. But I'd recommend the majority of the fic. It's incredibly involved and somewhat painful to read. I dunno if you get a chance to read fanfics these days, but it's called "Silenced" and is on fanfic.net if you ever want to read a good Chase rape fic.

Haha. Yeah I don't read too much House fic these days. I stumbled across ones that made me happy. Usually funny ones like House and Wilson shrinking or really overly angsty ones like Chase getting raped by some gunman.... XD

You know, I think I might write it. Neither of them would be portrayed in a very flattering light... Hehe.
I really just wanna write any fanfic to be honest. Get back into it.  but though the stories and ideas have been in my head and maybe even jotted down I haven't actually just sat down and wrote out any of them in years.

It's been totally grey and rainy here in the Los Angeles area and it's making me quite chipper. I LOVE a beautiful gray day. I hope it lasts.

Yeah I was crushed when Chase was moved to the background since he's my second fav after House. It was too teasing to have him in one surgery scene every episode. But I stuck with the show, because I'm still interested in House and the seasons without Chase still included a lot of good House/Wilson stuff. Also Kutner (one of House's new ducklings) was awesome and kind of dulled the sting of having no Chase. But now he's gone, so thank God Chase is now back as a main character and already filling season six with his sullen angst. Haha.

House/Wilson/Chase..... Oh yes. One of my early fanfics was a sort of deep friendship love triangle between those three. Wilson and Chase bonded when House blew Wilson off on a painful issue and Chase just happened to run into Wilson later and a connection formed and then House of course is that baby who only wants the bouncy ball (Wilson) because someone else is playing with it. Much lulz and angst ensued. : )

I dunno why het is so unpopular in the SP fandom... I think it may be because there are so few girls to really work with. Wendy and Bebe are really the only ones with established personalities, but there are a TON of boys with distinct personalities to work with. All I know is that Wendy seems to have so much hate among fans. Probably because she gets in the way of smexious slash. Haha. But yeah, the Cartman/Wendy one I have in my head every day is really quite depraved and all over the place. >_>

I like Stan/Wendy too actually. Haha. We should collab on a het story, only because I've never collabed on anything and I'm curious how hard I and whoever I'm writing with will fail. Lol. I don't even know how collabing would work really. Have you ever done it?

I know! I was so relieved when I turned 18. Though I really hate getting older than my favorite sexy underaged characters (lawl), being over 18 does have some pluses, but to be honest, I'd rather stay young forever. Peter Pan complex I suppose.

Yeah, that's why I totally support Wendy fanfics. Girls need love too. I have the crazy retarded Wendy/Cartman fanfic floating around in my head. If I have time I should probably write it out one day. I swear I'm going to go back to writing fanfic. It's been way too long.

Luckily for me I have two close friends who adore slash as much as I do, though are not really into South Park slash. They don't watch the show a lot though both like the show and I know they're not against SP slash.
One of those friends is the one who went to UCSD.

But I have two male mormon friends and it's hilarious to talk about slash with my friend in their presence. They get silently freaked out. It's hilarious.

Eh, I will always believe that slash makes the world a little more bright in a tough time. Ha.

I've told people and sort of freaked them out to. I wanna go to Yaoi Con. I was supposed to go this year, but I have no way to get to San Fransisco this month. Next year I vow to go though!
