melleefresh vs. deadmau5 is the combined insanity of deadmau5 and mellee fresh (clever, we know). The duo met in 2004 and started exchanging music and lryics over the internet. deadmau5 soon became distracted and ran off to Europe for reasons we may never fully understand....
Upon his return deadmau5 got back in touch with mellee fresh and they began to collaborate on remixes of mellee fresh's "beautiful rich & horny". After a great UK response from the vynl remixes, it was then decided that mellee and mau5 should be working on new original material that can only be described as a dirty mix of filthy, trashed-out, and downright sexy electro-house.
It was only weeks after their "private" releases where they came to the conclusion that 'something was goin on here'. Now having snuck on some of the worlds top DJ's playlists, from Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Chris Lake, Jonathan Peters and the notorious Tommy Lee and DJ Aero, it seems that their first EP isn't all that far away. Having performed a few times here and there, mellee fresh and deadmau5 have now locked electro-house down to performance art.
Now operating under the wing of Play Records, mellee fresh vs. deadmau5 are going to continue to invade the playlists, dancefloors, and events until their ultimate goal of global domination is fufilled.
