About me: Tom Grasty is a 15-year veteran of the advertising, public relations and entertainment industries. As Manager of Development for VH1 Motion Pictures, Grasty oversaw acquisition and creative development of all long-form projects for the network. Before joining VH1, Grasty was a senior story analyst at DreamWorks and HBO Pictures, where he evaluated screenplays, manuscripts, plays, treatments, director’s reels, Internet and animation projects to determine their merit for feature film and television. Since his departure from VH1, Grasty has capitalized on his broad range of contacts in film, television and music. He is a former Head of West Coast Operations for Mark Haefeli Productions, and has worked with artists such as Paul McCartney, Aerosmith and Neil Young. Grasty wrote and produced the documentary vignettes honoring the inductees at the Recording Academy Honors Gala in New York City. Currently, Grasty is Head of Development at Blaze TV, a Los Angeles-based film and television production company. Grasty is a member of the Academy of Arts & Television Sciences, and teaches at California State University, Fullerton, as well as UCLA Extension. He recently completed his first novel, a murder-mystery set in the rock world.

Hey Tom, you're not around here that often, are you...
About the book: Has it already been translated into German? I wrote you some emails (about getting one or two copies of the book) some time ago. Will I ever get an answer? You're always pretty busy, I guess, but...
Sounds very interesting, Tom... Well, Christmas isn't too far away... And I know another guy who'd enjoy it very much. Thanx for the hint.
BTW: Did you already listen to the covers of this year's Berlin Bobbirth Bash on my site? Hmmm...you're a writer...so it should be easy for you to write a comment...:-)
Tom, send us a copy and we will give you a review and possibly advertise it our main website, bobsboots.com contact us there to get the mailing address if interested. Take care, lissa bobsboots.com
The thing I admire about Bob's music is that he can hug you, love you,
despise you, or pull a gun out and just flat out shoot you, all in the span of 1 album.
"Oh, stop that cursed jury,"
Cried the attendant and the nurse,
"The "TRIAL" was bad enough,
But this is ten times worse."
Just then a bolt of lightning
Struck the courthouse out of shape,
And while ev'rybody knelt to pray
The drifter did escape"
I hope you didn't forget to look at Kafka before you began writing.
I just heard on NPR yesterday that Bob Dylan is scaring the kids at an elementary school in Seattle. Evidently he's been visiting the school where his grandson attends, and the kids have been scared by his songs! Too much!
LOOK AT BOB THE NY SECIONS. HE HAS IDOIT WIND, AND MY PERSONAL FAVORITE "UP TO ME" IN MY OPINION THE BEST SONG TO COME OUT OF THE NY SECIONS. CALL LETTER BLUES IS SOMETHING YOU SHOULD PROBABLY HEAR, BUT NO ONE HAS IT ON THEIR PROFILE THAT I KNOW. BLOOD ON THE TRACKS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
