Noise is a disharmony of sounds, a stepping out of boundaries, an exercise in total aural anarchy. Creating noise is not unlike creating a soundscape of freedom, a moment in time where media, societal and self control freeze altogether like performers caught on camera, unmoving and suspended and completely open to interpretation. Mindfuckingboy enters this essence of noise and like the actors caught on film, suspends his disbelief and superstitions, swims into unchartered electromagnetic realms of pure and total denial of objectivity, names, shapes and forms. His music is a catharsis of emotions, a purge of self and an expression of those intimacies that are denied words.
While mostly based in Singapore, he has also performed in Europe (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Switzerland) as well as neighbouring Asian states like Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia."
