Lack of Interest started in 1990.
Drums, guitar, bass have been the same. Vocals have been an issue. We now have our original singer Mike back and ready to play.
We have played with the following bands, in no order: Drop Dead, Man is the Bastard, No Comment, Hellnation, Spazz, Assuck, Cripple Bastards, Capitalist Casualties, Municipal Waste, Discordance Axis, Stapled Shut, Slight Slappers, Fuck on the Beach, Excruciating Terror, Asshole Parade, Dystopia, Agents of Satan, Anal Cunt, Born Against, DS-13, The Gaia, Deathreat, Disassociate, Phobia, Dead Bodies Everywhere, Naked Aggression, Total Chaos, Hirax, Godstomper, Caustic Christ, The Locust, Benumb, Grief, Curtainrail, Society of Friends, Manchurian Candidates, Final Conflict, Code 13, Mindrot, Maggot Colony, Sin Remedio, SPIKE (a more complete list to follow)
We want to play with some of our favorite bands from the past, when possible:
Larm, MOB 47, Negative Approach, Adrenalin O.D., Infest, Septic Death, F.O.D., Siege, Negative FX, Neon Christ, Excel, Cryptic Slaughter, Poison Idea, The Accused, Siege, etc. Please.
East Coast Tour in the works, with bands that are WAY cooler that us. WE WILL NOT HEADLINE. We care not about money. WE WANT TO PLAY SOME SICK SHOWS, PRETTY MUCH FOR FREE! Festivals, tours of international bands, etc. - hurry! It will be a mix of REALLY great bands from the past, plus great hardcore punk, powerviolence, metalcore/crossover, grindcore bands from the local region. I wish I could tell you the bands, but nothing is confirmed. We will be the third act on the bill for most shows, so good times.
