Edmonton based sisters Renee, Julia, Stephanie, and Amber Suchy (pronounced Soo-Kee) join together to form "The Ambers".
They've performed with many groups including The Pursuit of Happiness(Renee), Godiva(Stephanie), King Muskafa(Amber),The Mike MacDonald Band and The Mocking Shadows. Additionally, they've lent their talents to records by many other grateful artists in Edmonton and across Canada including Carolyn Mark, Robin Black, Claudia's Cage, Fat Cat, Wafer thin Mints and Ben Sures.
The Ambers debut CD "Rain and Sun " was produced by Moe Berg of Pursuit of Happiness fame and recorded by Stew Kirkwood at Sound Extractor studio in Edmonton. The Album features the sisters signature harmonies and glittering pop originals. It's the aural equivalent of eating Pop Rocks and washing it down with a can of cola.
Look for The Ambers on tour this summer.
