Certain authors have changed my view of the world and maybe altered my life. The foremost is Philip K Dick whom I go back too periodically. Frank Herbert is a more recent find but parts of the Dune series are the most inspiring reading you can get. JRR was the first fantasy author I read and LOTR is still unsurpassed in it's field. Louis DeBerniers writes the books I'd like to write. Not forgetting Douglas Adams & Terry Pratchett who make life bearable with humour....altogether now...'a Wizzards Staff has a knob on the end' (etc)
Info over mijzelf: Singer-Songwriter veering from writing very personal experience songs to full on rants. Plays Mandola mainly but sometimes seen forsaking Nelson for a Cittern named Syd. Teamed up with London songwriter Roger West and we're back from Austin with a 4 track CD recorded. If you wish to hear my music please click the pic called Clive Price in my Friends section and you'll be transported to my other page where I present my songs in demo or polished format. Please comment on the songs ...
Have been playing guitar, mandolin, mandola and laterly cittern for many years. Started writing songs around 30 years ago - eek! Am now embarking on a project to produce a CD of my songs - the will is there all thats needed now is the time.....

Hi Clive, yes we need to get together to get things going. Unfortunately with what went on with the Tayside music site kind of blew things out.
Hey everybody come and join Tayside Music (sorry about the plug)
I was all set to come to your bash on the 2nd but unfortunately was in severe pain that day (explain later).
I still want to try and get a gig going but Brendon and Heather are stuck without a band.
Nice to hear from you.

Hi Clive, Hope things are good. I have an invitation for you and all your friends around this area. Come and join us on our new site, it's for anyone connected with or fans of music.
Please take a look.
When I came back from Texas, that song of Roger's on which you accompanied him, My Lady Alien, went through my brain for weeks! Now it's Am I For Real that I can't get out of my head. Lucky I like them both so much!
