We created ipop-ins as a way to bring the power of positive thinking to people on the go. We made each ipop-in about a minute long because we know that everyone can find a minute here or there to boost their attitude. We set them to lively, pop music so that they would be fun to listen to and could easily be shuffled in with your favorite music to create powerful playlists. Check our website for more information.
ipopins are one minute attitude boosters. ipop-ins help you stay focused on the things you want to achieve while you create the life you want! So take a minute and check us out and change your life!

Today is my son, A.J.'s 15th birthday! He's growing into a terrific young man, and he makes me very proud! I am, without a doubt, his biggest fan... If you would like to send him some love today, you can find him at the number one spot on my top 24.
If you find yourself struggling with the load today, ask a friend or co-worker for help... remember, "Many hands make light work."
My own experience has taught me this: if you wait for the perfect moment when all is safe and assured it may never arrive. Mountains will not be climbed, races won or lasting happiness achieved.

I woke up to the news that money had been stolen from the safe in our Auburn Subway.... more than $1100 (yikes!) So, the Police were called, and the locksmith was called, and the insurance company was called, and one of the employees was fired and so on..... Not to mention this occurring on the New Manger's first day! haha... life is funny like that.
Anyway, this has been a true test of patience and resolve. We aced the test, of course, but I'm glad to have passed the middle point of this week - let me tell you!
Well, if you were tested today, I hope you passed with flying colors!
"History will judge us not by the adversity we face, but instead by how we respond in the face of adversity." - a quote from chapter 10 of Take Charge - Get Results

"Until one is committed, there is hesitancy. the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Povidence moves, too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occured. A whole stream of events raising in one's favor, unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance which no man could have dreamed would have come his way."
-W.H. Murray
"When you focus on the achievement of a goal, move with a sense of purpose toward its fulfillment, and establish your intent, then solutions or ideas that at one time didn't seem to exist will just come to you. That's Inspiration."
Here's to the creation of brilliant ideas that will inspire you to move forward, overcoming obstacles and realizing your dreams!
okay.... here's the mass comment from me, that you (and eveyone else) have been waiting for. lol
A little goofiness can go a long way.... I'm sure you've heard the old saying, "Too much work and no play makes George a dull boy."
So, no deep thoughts for the moment, just wishing you lots of goofiness and smiling for the next few days. Remember, if you're truly happy on the inside your face will show it!
"The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem." - Theodore Rubin, Psychiatrist and Author
Oh, not the bowling tournament.... I kinda stink at bowling.. haha..... although I did feel the good vibes you and everyone else sent my way.
Actually, because I did not advance to Sunday's final bowl off (or whatever it's called).... I was available to attend the Richardson Elementary / Middle School's final performance of the musical "Oliver". I attended the show with my wife and daughter.
It was a marvelous opportunity for me to support many of the kids I've coached in soccer, my daughter's school friends, and my friends who either worked on the production or had children performing.
Had I bowled well on Saturday, I would have missed the performance, and to be honest, being a part of the musical (even as a member of the audience) was more enjoyable and rewarding to me than any bowling tournament ever could be.
Every cloud really does have a silver lining, and once again I learned that what I thought I wanted, wasn't what I really needed.
Thank heaven for the power of good vibes, and for friends like you!
Okay... tomorrow I'm bowling in a singles tournament. There are three shifts of 40 bowlers each. The top 16 bowlers in each shift will advance to the finals on Sunday. I'm bowling in the second shift and I want to be one of those top 16 that come back on Sunday. LOL
It's hard to type this with a straight face. haha......
Anyway, send me some good vibes tomorrow. I bowl at 4pm EST.
Hi ipopin
This week I thought I'd share this poem I wrote some time ago. Everyone wrestles with fear now and then. The good news is that once you recognize it, you can decide to face it head on, and get back to living the life you choose!
Afraid November, 1996
by: George J. Morse
Afraid of what I feel,
Afraid to let it grow,
Afraid it isn’t real,
Afraid to let it show.
Afraid of wanting more,
Afraid of having less,
Afraid to open up the door,
Afraid of fearlessness.
Afraid to speak, the words unspoken,
Afraid to hear the truth,
Afraid to have a heart that’s broken,
Afraid to be uncouth.
Afraid of caring,
Afraid of giving,
Afraid of sharing,
Afraid of living.
Afraid of feeling, once again,
Afraid the wounds will never heal,
Afraid of crying, now and then,
Afraid of what is real.
Afraid to show my love for you,
Afraid to let you know,
Afraid to feel you love me too,
Afraid to let you go.
"Courage is not the absence of fear, but instead the ability to control one's fear, and turn the energy it creates into action." from Take Charge - Get Results: A simple approach to the Principles of Success

In times like these
We are tested. Pushed to the limits of what is possible,
And beyond;
Desperate to see the future, as the present
Blocks our view.
In times like these
We are tested. Pressed to find the answers in a never-
ending
Sea of questions;
Fighting to keep our backs off the wall, just as life would
Have us against it.
In times like these
We are arrested. Failing to elude the freezing
Winds of fear;
Bound in chains, as prisoners of our own
Self-doubt.
In times like these
We are bested. More inclined to blame than
Find solutions;
More inclined to give up, and
Make excuses.
In times like these
We are tested.
Make or break,
Win or Lose,
Pass or Fail.
ipopin, I believe in you!
Have a wonderful weekend!!
