PRESS RELEASE:

IT’S LIKE LOVE SIGNS WITH TRAGIC HERO RECORDS!

Tragic Hero Records has announced they’ve signed It’s Like Love, a power pop quintet from Glendale, Arizona. Tommy LaCombe of Tragic Hero Records commented on the signing; “When I heard It’s Like Love for the first time, I instantly knew there was something there. We’re looking to push the label in a bold new direction; It’s Like Love is the first in a wave of new talent coming to the label that we are thrilled to have. It's Like Love has everything we are looking for, and represent.”

It’s Like Love is currently in the studio with Matt Malpass at Marigolds and Monsters (Relient K, Copeland, Rookie of the Year, Lydia, etc). Jeremy, singer for It’s Like Love, took a moment out of recording to comment on the signing, “We heard of Tragic Hero but had been talking to a lot of other labels and were trying to find the right home for us. After talking to Tommy and meeting with Dave we knew we found our label. They have the same excitement and enthusiasm about our band as we do, and that’s what we were waiting for. We are very excited to be a part of the family."

The debut full length from It’s Like Love is slated to release January 20.
