Once upon a time, I used to be a crazy, ridiculous person with a perverted mind, a knack for sticking my foot in my mouth, and the best belches in town. And, I was very happy! But, thanks to one seriously bad year, I am left chewing on my toes and belching (gas doesn't care if you've had a rough year...it will stick with you no matter what).But, in the face of everything that has happened in 2008 (and a little before), I still have hope that the future is going to be great. Hope is a funny thing. It's a "bop bag" that won't be knocked down no matter how many times you whack it.
