I started trading on Myspace in 2006 as part of a small diy anti-fashion project. The aim was to create pieces which didn't follow or predict any particular trend but only existed on the basis that they were exactly the kind of thing you wouldn't find in Topshop. After taking part in numerous craft fairs nationwide public interest began to grow and since 2007 I've traded at the Manchester Christmas Markets. You can find commission designed products in a number of small boutiques (see stockists) and in 2009 I opened my own store 'Katie Crush' on the 3rd floor in Affleck's Palace Manchester.
