Markus Christ has been a professional drummer since 2002. He is currently performing more than 120 shows a year while touring extensively in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Lithuania and the Netherlands. He also works for various recording studios as a sideman, arranger and composer, including doing commissions for national TV and radio stations. In addition to his work as a drum instructor at the Modern Music School Leipzig, he is a sought-after clinician and ensemble coach.
