"The little girl with the BIG voice” is what the Sun Sentinel calls her. Michaela Paige is the 14 year old Contemporary R&B singer that’s making noise on the South Florida music scene. She started singing at the age of 9 and already her vocal skills are compared to some of the industries most beloved singers and now she is hard at work in the studio working on her debut CD. Michaela is not just a little girl who sings other peoples songs, but a true Artist in every sense of the word. She has written and co-produced songs and is expanding her artist talents towards a full fledged music writing and singing career.

An active performer, Michaela has appeared at venues all across South Florida. In 2006, Michaela won a state wide competition sponsored by Glaceau Vita Water for tickets to meet Kelly Clarkson. She beat out 45 contestants, the youngest being 18 and a Berkley School of music Major, and met Kelly after he concert in Florida.

She has also won the Broward county Fair vocal competition 2007. She has shared the stage with the likes of Eddie Cornelius, from Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose fame, Maxine Nightingale, of 80s disco fame. In August of 2007, she was invited to perform at the Wilson County fair, in Nashville Tenn., with 5 musicians from the Grand Ole Opry for over 8000 people. Most recently she performed in front of an audience of over 25,000, singing our nations anthem as the opener for the Florida Marlins in Miami, FL when they hosted the New York Mets. Her services have since been requested by the Miami Heat basketball organization the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Florida Panthers.

Michaela is not limited to her writing and vocal talents. She is also studying dance to further her stage performance and has been studying piano and keyboard for the last year with Mr. Scott Streader, singer song writer and Musician with over 20 years in the music industry.

Michaela Paige is limited only by her imagination. She has collaborated with artists of many different genres’ such as R&B/Soul, Dance, Hip-Hop and more. Michaela is currently working with Victor Imbres co-writer and original producer of the number 1 UK hit single Fragma “Tocas Miracle,” and Rob Davis co-writer and co-producer of the 1 UK hit single Kylie Minogue “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head.”

Her debut CD release will contain an eclectic mix of Soulful R&B, Dance, and Hip-Hop as well as Blues and Jazz.

Michaela is an active supporter of the American Cancer Society, Quantum House, and many other charitable organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life for those in need.
