Belfast based 4-piece PATIOSOUNDS play passionate indie rock.
Recorded at ‘Start Together’ studios in Belfast, ‘Under Dead Horses’, demonstrates Patiosounds evolution to a more expansive, intense sound which reflects how the songs have matured.
Tracks from ‘Under Dead Horses’ are receiving steady airplay on Radio One, Across the Line (Radio Ulster) and the band have just recorded a much coveted full band live session for Radio One.

".....Patiosounds come motoring straight at us, the track pulsating with menace, picking up the pace, drums and guitars committed to the collision. It's an exhilarating opening to the Belfast based band's new EP. 'Under Dead Horses', five tracks teeming with imagination....
(Francis Jones, Alternative Ulster)
".....If you feel you haven't had enough Patiosounds in your life this year, you would be right. Gone is the wide-eyed innocence of previous efforts. They now have a darker, multi-layered, more interesting sound....
(Donna Legge , GO )
"Thick and fast, Belfast-based Patiosounds are ladling out the melody, trying to entice the Spring & Airbrake crowd forward. The four-piece have got a handful of more-than-presentable songs, all high-voltage, synth-charged indie-rock, and a fine singer, Peter McFaul, within whose vocal grasp words swirl as seductively as ice in a tumbler of finest whiskey..."
(Francis Jones, Drowned in Sound - British Sea Power support)
"Patiosounds rose to the occasion and played a floor-filling set that had us all on our feet. Asses were shaken, moves were busted and popular classics(old and new) were delivered with astounding power and accuracy. More than a few minds were blown.."
(Stephen Rainey, Alternative Ulster)

"The trio twist these intricate songs into works of beauty and uplifting sadness with their offbeat structures and ornate melodies... Listen attentively, and prepare to be completely ensnared in the narrative" 4/5 - The Irish Times
