Our world is in chaos, nations are at battle, threats loom everywhere & yet, at the same time, we pray for peace. In this time when society questions authority & leaders are all self-serving, it was only natural for a band like PEOPLES ARMY to evolve.
Although PEOPLES ARMY has its roots firmly planted in Reggae music, this multi-genre band has branched out into musical territory such as Pop, Latin, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Rock, Funk, and even Gospel. This fusion of music is precisely what PEOPLES ARMY had in mind since its inception.
In the last 2 years, PEOPLES ARMY has performed at some of the premier music venues in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Denton, and Austin such as The Granada Theater, The Ridglea Theater, Curtain Club, Liquid Lounge, Club Clearview, Texas Jive, The Aardvark, and Flamingo Cantina, respectively. PEOPLES ARMY has been blessed to share the stage with acts such as Robert Earl Keen, Spoonfed Tribe, The Meditations, and Victor Essiet and the Mandators, to name a few. We have also been fortunate enough to perform at the 2007 Inaugural South Padre Island International Music Festival, the 2007 Dallas Deep Ellum Arts and Music Festival, the 2007 Nigerian All-Star Reunion at Bella Aida Gardens in Houston, and the 2006 Lafayette Reggae Festival in Louisiana.
What started out as a standard 4-piece reggae band has matured into a full 8-piece ensemble of extraordinary musicianship and unbridled on-stage talent.
With this line-up intact, PEOPLES ARMY is now prepared to enlist voluntary recruits into their sonic regime.

There is one common denominator with almost every movie that deals with space exploration, space travel, or with humans as an "advanced species" and that is the fact that all of those movies tend to deal with war, weapons, or killing of some nature. It is not possible for me to equate the evolution of the lifewave on this planet or on any planet with war, weapons, or killing for any reason. Tonite I needed to write a new song so I wrote this just now!
Brandon's Song
Murder is givin Texas a bad name Another hate crime is a damn shame There's only losers in that sick game Rabid animals no one can tame
Malice and resentment is all they lend But they claimed to be Brandon's friend And they brought his life to a tragic end With violence only a demon could send
No Justice to defend No Justice will amend No Justice to this trend
A sick evil moves from town to town Everybody look what's goin down Stop! Hey now, what's that sound Everybody look what's goin down
Malice and resentment is all they lend But they claimed to be Brandon's friend And they brought his life to a tragic end With violence only a demon could send
No Justice to defend No Justice will amend No Justice to this trend
It's a GHETTO REVOLUTION! My Brothers, People's Army, have orchestrated the most outrageous reggae music in a long, long time because it is from your Heart! So I harmonize, 'Ew oh!' Tony, General, you are the best!
