He claims nowadays to be a mountain. Bjoern is also a young man with big thoughts with just as beautiful words, he could have been born somewhere across the ocean in the middle of a desert, but i think any where this gentleman lands and hangs his hat he will make his own island and find a way to create great things. KID IKARUS_with punkrock in his heart, love of experiments in the head and a precocious diletantism in the fingertips Kid Ikarus makes... living room beats with landscape bleeps on sound storage media ending in an entertaining lo-fi mess with charasmatic live shows. In one moment songstructures hailing from a posthard core background meet one-man-show-poppycock, and the next instrumental jewels meet electronic puppet theater. It's all about the mixture of handicrafts, driving beats, ticklish synth melodies and a dash of coincidence. Needless to say Mister Ikarus is a storyteller with a monster truck humor and dancestep to boot.

Stars In Coma Songs zeichnen sich durch das Wechselspiel von komplexen und simplen Melodien aus, wobei gerade André Brorssons sanfte Stimme den Zuhörer in andere Welten führt und träumen lässt. Das Ganze wird verfeinert mit elektronischen, manchmal sehr verspielten bis experimentellen Sounds, die gerade auf den letzten Veröffentlichungen immer mehr in den Vordergrund rücken. Manchmal erinnern die neuen Sounds hier und da an die schwedischen Kollegen von Air France, aber auch an Of Montreal (USA).

Pelle Carlberg wird in seiner Heimat längst als heimlicher König des Schwedenpop gefeiert. Bis 2005 war Carlberg Frontmann von Schwedens Lieblingsband "Edson". Sein nunmehr drittes Soloalbum "The Lilac Time" (Labrador Records) bietet großen Indie-Pop voller Gefühl und Charme und ist sein bisher persönlichstes Album. Geprägt von autobiografischen Texten über das Musikerdasein, die Liebe und (andere) menschliche Schwächen bewahrt er sich stets seinen geistreichen Humor und den entwaffnenden Charme. Wer Belle & Sebastian oder The Divine Comedy mag, wird sich auch bei Pelle Carlberg sehr wohl fühlen, denn Pelle Carlberg hat einfach die Lizenz zum Glücklichmachen erworben.
