Riverside based Shoppy has been grooving in the hearts and souls of music lovers since it's birth in 2000. Fronted by singing drummer Chad 'Mustard' Villarreal, Shoppy's quirky song writing and catchy grooves have graced many stages, both large and small. Bassist Matt 'mattclef' Wyckoff and Villarreal's association is over a decade old, which would explain the air tight groove foundation that propels their sound, both in the studio and live. Multi-instrumentalist Gabe 'Gravy' Hartman adds the final touch with his expertise ..s, Sax and Flute. As well as having a unique and individual sound, it's their creative approach to song writing in the rock genre that's grabbed the hearts and minds of their fans. Infusing quirky themes with toe tapping beats is Shoppy's mantra, and they'll never fail to give something new to your ears. -Marc Murdock
