Photography (see now http://www.panoramio.com/userfeed/2010087.rss ), filming, travel - to keep up with the family & friends ways - dropping in on the occasional world stage , horse riding, diving, snorkelling/ scuba-ing and the world of Music/Faith & Cultural mingles. Let alone the wonderous chance discoveries of those in the next seat during flights/ buses/ trains (perhaps knowing when to say hi...) and....
Music
from Genesis to Grisman(David), Quo to Queen, Russ Barenberg to Mark O'Conner (particularly on other peoples albums) and all my bands - Remnants to Totally Gourdgeous (.com) or pictorially....I'll be the tall one usually!
Movies
Run Lola Run, Amelie, The Man who Sued God, Star Wars series (pity the first was always the best- pretty much! ah then there is the Pod Race ala the Great Race! )
But I like most movies - particularly the querky euro ones
Television
most of the old stuff - Hogans Heroes (Haha), Doctor Who... (who knows why but they don't make em like they used to!) Ok , most things on National Geographic. And yes, the whole Buffy series c/o 1st daughter...go figure!
Books
Any Frank Herbert, James A Mitchener (westerns as a kid, SiFi later & New Scientist. Food & Health in the 90s; now New Internationalist and various books from friends suggestion while on the road)
OK and I read Harry Potter! lol
About me: *for my gigs go to my other myspace below and related bands after it!* Background Pic is late evening @ Pigeon House Mt in southern coastal NSW, Australia - a treasured source of the Clyde River. ----

Poem 2 of 230, WalkaboutsVerse
(please see my blog):
WALKABOUT WITH MY PEN
Once drove an old sedan, up north,
From a place in Sydney to Cairns;
Then to Kuranda I went forth,
By train, to look without set plans.
I browsed through the trendy market,
With fresh fruits of tropical kind;
Walked to the creek through lush thicket -
Nature’s hand giving peace of mind.
I dined in a scenic cafe;
Then, outside, as I wrote for yen,
Some passing Kooris called-out: “Hey,
You go walkabout with your pen. ”
Request or question, I don’t know -
Assured voices, elderly men.
That’s now several years ago,
And I’ve seen the world - with my pen.
alas my Terada Acoustic Guitar was STOLEN on Saturday morning early! Happened on the SA/VIC border just south of Bordertown so could go in any direction.
Please, please keep an eye out and spread the word as it is extremely rare, very identifiable by it's headstock & preamp, and likely to turn up anywhere. I've had it all it's 28years - a Martin look alike with "Terada" down the headstock, in a Maton (big imprint) case with a Dya Singh sticker among a few and black guitar strap with red patch & gold chinese character on it. Tragic but it's happened, all the festival was in shock. I'm still in shock.
An AGA Phase 2 Preamp/ pickup system was installed, visible in on the top left of the pic below. Chunky fingerboard inlays
If you are going to a festival and can put up a few notices would be really appreciated. This is the guitar I won all my Bluegrass Guitar Championships with in the 80's, older than my children, bought by my family for me at the end of high school. Irreplaceable. I'm sure it will turn up, hope you can help, yours ever musically, Andrew Clermont Ph 0407753809

Darling! It arrived, just as I was leaving for Paris. Like fiddlers passing in the night, we high fived and I looked wistfully over my shoulder at its form as I raced to the airport. I am back now and have IT in my possesion. Shall I send it to you or can I make friends with it for a little while first?
