I am the drummer for ARC, a new organically progressive rock band. I grew up listening to progressive rock. Mars Volta, Rush, Led Zepplin, Yes, Incubus, Primus, Dream Theater, Muse are some of my favorites. I have a soft spot for jazz and classical. A good conversation, a glass of wine and some jazz has cured many rough spots. I love music...and cannot imagine who I would be without it.
Movies
I am a movie lover....unfortunately I can get sucked into a really bad movie....but I remember the good ones.
Television
I try to stay away from the TV - but I lately I have had an unexplainable attraction to the food network. Weather channel. Kids videos...some of them actually are still good after watching them 1000 times.
Books
Currently reading a book on acoustics.
Heroes
I have found that heroes in my life have always been the ones closest to me. My family and close friends naturally mean the most to me - i enjoy spending time with people who dont let their pride get in the way of communicating. People are great.
About me: I am 35 years old, an engineer by day and a home studio owner/musician by night. I have lots of hobbies that I dabble in, but my forte is drumming. I have an adventurous spirit and I very much prefer to be outside especially in the wilderness.
Who I'd like to meet: I love to meet people. I like to see what motivates people and hear about their passions. I enjoy understanding what motivates people to avhieve greatness.

Jose has the healthiest head of hair I have ever seen. I'm so jealous! Oh yeah - and he can rock a drum set like no one's business. But the hair man...dammit!!...I'm gonna go cry now
Jose is the best drummer I have ever had the oppertunity to play with. He makes our band real! He's one of a kind and is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met! Jose recorded and engineered our bands Demo CD and he made it rock! Long live Jose!
Jose is the guy you call when you get a flat tire, or when you need someone to build you a dresser, or when you need someone to build you a rocket ship, or when you need someone to perform open-heart surgery on your dog, or when you need someone to accompany you on a 3 year arctic survival mission where you'll eat nothing but ice and seal blubber.
