The Reaping Process is the moniker for the metal lovechild of Eliott Hanks, Mike Hatutian, Tim Long, Danny Hamm, and Michael Jones. It started when Tim, Eliott and MJ decided to try and put a metal band together. Tim and Eliott got ahold of Mikey H, ex- Reign of Honor to take on lead guitar duties. All that was left was to find a drummer. We needed a drummer with chops, with passion We needed Danny Hamm.
All of us have wide varieties and tastes for music, and we try and put as many influences into our work as we can. This is a band heavily influenced in metal, but not afraid of using melody. Stay posted and spread the word!!!! Actually one of my old friends just opened up a coffee shop in Wichita and wants us to play there. Nothing big though. I think we are going to find a bigger Venue to play at while we are there. If we can find one I'll let you guys know. It will probably be late December Early January, so let me know when your open.
