   About spike
The Spike Band is just a very hard working group of guys from Denton, TX who are playing good music. Their unique sound and classy style draws from the finest wellspring of popular music including jazz, soul, & blues. Because of their wide appeal, they've had no trouble tailoring their tunes to intimate rooms like 9 Fish (the finest sushi bar in the Metroplex) or delivering the Friday night goods to a packed house in Deep Ellum. They have been playing/working for over three years, are the first-call band for campus events at The University of North Texas, have been profiled on UPN21's Daily Buzz, and they just finished A NEW CD!!!!!!!! It's about good music. ADD BACKLINK HERE

You boys sure do sound fine. We would surely appreciate it if you was to bring it on out to the Prairie House Jam every Sunday 6-10pm east of Denton on 380. It would be a totally digfull experience for us all.

I also forgot to mention that I'm done with RG's for telling me the wrong start time on your set. Now I have to go back and edit the blog.

hey guys, i was just listening to "Thursday" (love the "Deacon Blues" Steely Dan-ish intro on that song, by the way) and i was thinking that you need to make some non-What It Is tracks available on iTunes! if that's even possible. "Why Did I Get Out of Bed" needs to reach more ears!
good stuff, fellas

It was fine quality music, and we are honored to have shared the stage with you guys.

Hi Spike! Just thought I'd drop you an add. I listened to the CD that I bought from you at the Coffee shop one evening a few years back. I pretty much know all the words. Pretty cool. Take Care!

you are kind, my friend... the costume was quite adorable, however, proved quite impractical for climbing hills and stairs (juneau is just one big hill with stairs)... also got a little soggy in the rain....
good grief
