Currently my admiration for The Bedroom Philosopher, (aka Justin Heazlewood) is at an all-time high. He's thrown off the chains of the comedy pigeonhole, and is floating in a genre-free wonderland.
About me: Credits: The background photo on this page was taken by the wonderful Linzy cos she's full of self-importance. The page is coded and kept free of spam by Linzy and Shell and Kirsty and Molly. Lovely ladies.
Contacting Me: I love getting comments and messages through this page and I do generally read them all but be sure to check out timminchin.com and angry-feet.com if you do have a question as chances are it's already been answered elsewhere. If you do ask a question I'll do my best to get back to you, but if I don't I'm really sorry! Please forgive me. I can't handle guilt. Sometimes Linzy or Shell will answer questions for me. If you have an important, work-related query, please go here to contact my management. They're very nice. Although come to think of it the Australian one is pretty scary and the American one I'm too intimidated to even ring myself.
Other Websites: Here is a link to timminchin.com, where you can find contact info, merchandise, MP3s, pics and all sorts of fun. And if you want more, the irrepressible Linzy runs the fine fan page, angry-feet.com, where you can find all my lyrics, loads more pics, obscure downloads and a forum where you can talk to other crazy people about all the things crazy people talk about.
This is the audio of my nine-minute beat poem, "Storm" from my new show, READY FOR THIS.

By the by, my website has other downloads and stuff on it and is a tepid fountain fizzing with intriguing information.
I haven't commented on my space for ages, but I thought the birth of a child was a good enough reason to start again!
I hope mum and baby are healthy and happy, and I hope you and Violet aren't too overwhelmed by the whole thing! Congratulations, I'm so happy for you :) x
oh shit. i've just commented on your blog.. not on your page.. bad times.. so - i have followed you from your teeny tiny gigs to your now sold out average sized ones.. you do, most definitely rock..
Tim's shows that he's doing in December will be the full length, ie. will be long enough for an interval and all the songs from his "Ready for This?" album. (Correct me if I'm wrong, Tim.)
Also, based on experience I can say Tim usually loves signing stuff for fans, unless he's very very tired. I'm not sure what the venues are like in Perth, but the time comedians have to sign things, have photos taken and talk to fans generally depends on the preferences of the venue and whether or not there's another show on directly afterwards.
Sorry about the continues questions, i promise these 2 will be the last for a while. Does Tim mind his fans asking for autographs, i am never sure, i fell like im invading them if you understand me. i dont want to be included in one of Tim's hate songs for being annoying. Being in one of his songs would be lovely but a hate song wouldn't be the same and last question. if yes to that that previous question will Tim be sighning after his shows in Perth or will we have to wait at the backdoor at the Concert Hall?
(I asked you this on Twitter but never got a reply Dx):
When you played the gig at GPAC in Geelong on April 9, did you use the house grand or did you bring your own?
I'm just wondering this because I've been playing in the Orchestra Pit there for the last week and I saw the Grand underneath the stage.
Upon seeing it and playing (or attempting to play) the verse riff of Darkside, and getting all excited like a little schoolgirl that I might have played the same piano as Mr Tim Minchin, I decided to comment you like this.
Thanks in advance! =D
-Ignorable and back-doorable Jase.
(If anything came out annoying and mixed-up, my apologies. I'm writing this in a rush. =D)
As I poodle along in my Smart car with Canvas Bags blaring out of my open top Canvas Roof...I'm thinking...yeah..look at me...an Icon of coolness... It's not quite what the local chavs expect to hear down the high streets..but it's cool...
Plan to see you this year with my mates, keep Rockin and being a fantastic performer!
