Underground Sounds has progressed into it's 5th Session , which was nominated into the 2009 C31 Melbourne Antenna Awards.With new sponsors and our own Live Events making production more simple. Session 5 will be featuring bands, soloists, artists, engineers, music teachers & informational segments from all over the world , promotions on upcoming shows & performs , CD reviews , product reviews , give aways, battle of the bands , viewer competitions , Out & About and not to mention music Clips and live footage... Join Show Hosts Shane & Kelli on C31 Melbourne 12.00am Saturday, C31 Adelaide 9.30am Saturday, TV's Sydney 10.30pm Saturday & 12.00am Friday , QCTV Queensland 9.30pm Saturday & 2.00am Thursdayas they show case Bands from around the globe. Underground Sounds still has all the favourites from season 1 , 2 ,3 & 4 as well as ; Sodom (Germany) , Sunk Loto , God Forbid (U.S.A) , Shihad , Screaming Jets , Rose Tattoo , Mortal Sin , Blood Duster , Dave Evans , special appearance from Rob from "Machine Head" and Angela from "Arch Enemy" . This session is looking to be Underground Sounds strongest session yet.

UNDERGROUND SOUNDS SESSION 1

The first Season of Underground Sounds premiered on the 15/09/2004 & ran for 6 months on every Wednesday's & Saturdays at 9.30PM. 52 aired shows , each show running for half an hour. The first session featured bands such as : Magnertron , Monkey7 , Blood Duster , Merkury , Aolein , Southern Legion , The Black Stars and many more. RAGE aired various clips from session 1 and the audio from those clips was broadcasted on TripleJ and other radio stations. Host of Underground sounds featured on 4zzz on a variety of their shows. BrizMetal attended the Underground Sounds live events & various press releases were made regarding the first session.

UNDERGROUND SOUNDS SESSION 2

Underground Sounds second season which started ; 21st December 2005, Monday 10.00p.m and ran for 18 months, Session 2 seen the show extended to an hour. With all the old favourites from season 1 , as well as a new variety of bands such as ; 1.1.1 , Indica , The Crisis Therapy , Five Star Prison Cell , Elephant Mojo , Sydonia , Cell , The Eternal , Candy Pain , Girth , The Full Fudge , Bullet Head , Ilium , plus Interviews from celebrities such as Angry Anderson , Bob Spencer , Troy Cassa-Daley and much , which aired on Underground Sounds throughout season 2. For the episode of Underground Sounds screened on Sat 4th Feb 2006, the audience total was 28,373 (Source OzTam)

UNDERGROUND SOUNDS SESSION 3

Underground Sounds Session 3 which started ; January 2007, running weekly on at Saturday night, running for 12 months, Session 3 was aired in 3 new states , "C31 Adelaide" and "TV's Sydney" , "Channel 31 Brisbane". Session 3 featured old favourites from season 1 & 2 , as well as ; Sodom (Germany) , Sunk Loto , God Forbid (U.S.A) , Shihad , Screaming Jets , Rose Tattoo , Mortal Sin , Blood Duster , Dave Evans , Intercooler , Hotel 44 , Ceremony , I Alone , Soul Scrape , Victory , Lane , Repeat Offender , Kizmet and a whole lot more. Interviews from Local events , battle of the bands , Cd give aways and Viewer prizes .
