About me: God, Family, Friends, New Media, Triathlon, Guitar... not necessarily in that order... well, God is in the right spot. :) Family and friends are too, the rest depend on the day.
What else? I have 3 incredible kids, unfortunately I'm not married anymore. Trying to get back in shape to continue competing in Triathlons. Currently my bike is a 1996 Gary Fisher mountain bike with street slicks... but I'm eyeing the the Trek 2.3 road bike.
Big fan and user of New/Social Media. Currently bloging for Seesmic at blog.seesmic.com as well as my personal, not often enough updated jeremyvaught.com. Previously I have hosted the beginningtriathlon.com podcast as a offshoot of my own TriathlonRadio.com podcast. I also hosted the Second Life Podcast at SecondLifePodcast.com.
I love to read but never have enough time.
Currently attend church at Streams Church in Litchfield Park in a movie theater.
The guitar I play is an Ovation Celebrity. I also have an Epiphone SG but don't play it much.
I also wanted to share the news that I've been accepted into the Amazon Shorts program. This is an initiative through Amazon.com where the reader can download an author's work for only $00.49. Amazon.com will store the story for you in a digital locker, email it to you in the body of an email, and also email it to you as a PDF.
My first story is called "Dr. Nekros: The Tragedian." Dr. Nekros is the lead character in a serialized storyline who is a ghost hunter pursuing the demon that disfigured him, all while trying to avoid his ex-wife. Check it out here!
If I had worn Havik wardrobe to PodCamp, I think that I would have been thrown out as my wannabe geek card would have been revoked. Trust, that the first impression (at least in terms of appearance) is much closer to the norm.
