IMO, Musicality is the commitment to move the audience & the band (causing a natural response in body movement, mental therapy and soulful nourishment), without trying too hard, too loud, too busy, too fanciful, too theoritical, but just being happy, surfing within the pocket, allowing the rest of the band to be showcased, without having the need to be seen, recognized, heard, applauded, appreciated and rewarded.
