Sounds Like
a guy singing, playing guitar and stomping his foot...hollerin’ pickin’ and stompin’ into one microphone plugged into a prehistoric reel-to-reel.
No second takes, no overdubs, no multi-tracking, or any other form of trickery or funny stuff.
Howdy, my name is Zak, I play guitar in a rockabilly band called THE ALLEY DUKES and (once in a blue moon or, more specifically, every Halloween) a psychobilly Misfits tribute band called THE MORIBUNDS. I suffer from permanent hearing damage inflicted upon me by old surf-instrumental band THE TREBLEMAKERS who are operational once again.
When I need a break from the noise I like to play blues.
I don't have a CD for sale at the moment, but you can get all the songs on this player on my soundclick page!
Hey Zak. You certainly give the blues what it deserves. Great job! And welcome to my little place in space. Hope you like what you see and hear in here.
Thank you sir! We need more guys like you playing the music that still has Heart! Be it Rockabilly, Blues, Hillbilly Boogie and so on! Hope y get a record out soon! God Bless!
